We use a good product from a New Zealand company called CadImage (
www.cadimage.co.nz) called Door/Window Builder. It has a lot of control over all aspects of custom Door & Window construction.
I've included a screenshot of the controls for an example pivot door.
Earlier versions were very easy to use, but they have recently been forced to make an interface change to make it compatible with v.10, and as a result has become a bit cryptic in it's interface layout.
Otherwise it's a great product.
I've just tried getting more details for this post, but it seems their site is down...
