Place Image URL as an external drawing?

Does anyone know if it is possible to place an image URL as an external drawing?

In other words could I have an image on a server with a URL path and have ArchiCAD search that URL every time it updates that external image?

If this is possible, then it seems it would be possible to have that image change regularly within my ArchiCAD project as long as the file path / URL remained the same. I don't know exactly what I would use this for, but for some reason I think it could be really useful for something.

Any thoughts or ideas on this concept?

Place a QR code on your drawing with the URL embedded.
