using the Skylight tool you could try creating a 'quick and dirty' solution using the 'Dormer Ox-Eye 10' skylight object?
for a more accurate solution that you can pull decent sections from you would need to place multiple roofs and intersect them - being sure to create holes in the original roofs. then use a trimmed-to-roof wall to put the window in.
one is a visualisation element, the other requires you to build it virtually as you would in reality. the virtual building solution will give you better longer term options but require a thorough knowledge of how it's constructed in order to build it yourself.
