Solid Element Operations with Roof plane bug?

Even with "solid element operations" or using "crop" from zones or single plane roof i've got this result. Anybody know what is this? and how fix it?

Is the model a long way from the project origin?

Errors can creep in when that is the case.

How does it look in 3D as whole elements and when you marquee just a part of it.

Yeah usually i've got an extra under level to store some kind of elements as template and stuff, when i've deleted this one as sections getting fixed and works for me. So if you are strugling with like that just try this way.
