Printing custom fills in Plotmaker

I've created a custom symbol fill in archicad and when i have gone to print in plotmaker, it misidentifies the fill. How do i fix this?

I've already tried the following.... but with little success

Quit ArchiCAD
Delete the whole Graphisoft registry entry (Start menu/Run/ type regedit and click on OK) at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Graphisoft
from your registry and the
Documents and Settings/<your user name>/Graphisoft
folder from your windows system drive.
Restart ArchiCAD.

You Drawing fills display options should be Vectorial, not Bitmap.
