Problems Viewing Plans in 2D mode

Hi, I'm currently drawing a building on Archicad and had almost completed it when I pressed something on my keyboard which caused the view of the plans to change.

Instead of viewing the normal wall thicknesses, door openings, furniture etc against a grid background, it has changed, completely hiding my 2D plans and only showing new walls as simple lines, similar to autocad, against a plain white background.

I can view the 3D model fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You are zoomed a very long way out, your zoom factor (bottom left corner) is 0.0000%. What are the two rectangles in your image? Can you delete them and Zoom Extents?
