The profiles are attributes of the project and can be transfered between files with Attribute Manager. This doesn't help you with your profiles though.
I don't know how the Cadimage profiles are stored, but if you have them as (or can convert them to) fills you can copy/paste them into the Profile Manager. Once done, Attribute Manager can handle the rest, but setting them up in a project template would also be good.
