Profiles and hotlink files

We had to split a huge project into several .pln files, which are then combined into a single file (all .pln // no .mod).

Unfortunately, we have a problem with profiles.

In this case, the profile wall is correct in file 1, but it is shorter in file 2 (overall .pln ). What could be the reason for this?

My guess is that somebody edited the profile in one of the files and that the profile is no longer in sync ... having two different instances in the host file.  I hope it is something simpler/easier, but if you are doing hotlinks involving any attributes (which includes profiles), it is really essential to watch and understand this video from user/BIM Manager Scott Moore:

Thank you very much for the very quick response! The video is really well done. I just had to give the profile a different name and it worked. Yay! 😁
