Projected with Overhead window not showing in plan

Hi ARCHICAD wizards,

I have a highlight window with sill height at 1900mm AFFL. The plan cut view is 1150mm AFFL default. The window settings is set to Projected with Overhead. My understand of this based on the Graphisoft help is that this would mean that this window would display with the "Overhead Lines" settings if it sits above the cut plane.

However, for the life of me I cannot get the window to show up with this Floor Plan Display setting.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thank you,
Ben

I just leave the walls and windows as 'Symbolic' so no matter what the window height is I see it as I want the 2D symbol to be, and if I ever need to I just override the object line type and pen colour.

Thanks Barry. It seems it's definitely something for the "wish list" - for ARCHICAD to be able to show an object with its "overhead" line settings if the entire object sits above the floor plan cut plane, and if the window is then moved down so it's being cut by the floor plan cut plane, the window automatically shows with its "cut" line settings.
