Removing A Existing Hotlink

I want to remove a hotlink complete from a project so I can re Hotlink it as I have nestled in Mod files into the hotlinks i want to bring in....

So how do I get rid from the project?

I have 4 house on a site so have create 5 files

1 – Site file
2 – House 01
3 – House 02
4 – House 03
5 – House 04

I have created Mod files for all 4 house and hotlinked them back into the Site file so that the slab and roof outline shows on the site file. Also when I bring the Site File hotlink into the other files 2-5 the slab and roof outline shows on their site plans too, this is working for the other files but not house 02 for some reason.

Use the Hotlink manager to delete hotlinks.
But you shouldn't need to - if you have amended your hotlink you should just need to update it.

I am not a hotlink expert but it seems to me you are chasing yourself in circles.
First there is no need to make MOD files of the houses.
This just creates 2 files for each house - a PLN and a MOD.
Changing the PLN will not change the mod you will have to resave the MOD file.

You can link the PLNs for the houses directly into your site plan.
Now when you change the houses you just update the hotlinks in the site plan.

I don't understand why you are linking the site plan that has the house hotlinks in it back into the house PLNs.
You are effectively linking the house back into itself.
Or am I misunderstanding what you are doing there.
You could create a layer for each house in the site plan that you place each of the houses in.
Then you could create layer combinations that turn on the site layers and one of the house layers as well as the slab and roof layer you want to see.
Repeat for each house layer turning on one house layer but turning off the other 3.
You will now have your site plan with only one house at a time.

Create another layer comination that turns on the site layers and all for house layers and you have all houses on the site plan.

I am not an hotlink expert either, but Maysum has been emailing me directly also, and explained that the site is hotlinked back into each house to provide Site Plan drawings for each of the house plans (each house unit has its own set of drawings). Sort of makes sense, and should work if the "Skip nested modules" button is checked when placing the hotlinks. Maybe this has been unchecked in the House 02 file?
I agree with Barry on the mod/pln issue - just hotlink the pln files.
