Resizing the CMU block Pattern

Using Archicad 27 on a MAC platform,

US user here. I have a wall with a 16"X8" CMU pattern, but in the elevations, it's showing up as 32"x11". Any ideas on how I can get the fill to show up a 16"x8"?

Depends on what settings your elevation is using. If the model display under elevation settings is set to "Surface, Color Fill", you'll need to make sure the fill associated with the surface is set to the correct dimensions. That would be changed here:

In both cases, you may want to duplicate the fill or surface before modifying just in case you have used the original elsewhere and it to remain the same at those previous locations.
