I keep trying to draw a revison cloud around this area but everytime I draw it the lines they are oriented the wrong way round like this... (i already tried switching between drawing it clockwise and anti-clockwise)
How would I change it so the clouds are flipped the right way?
Please help.

So I would make a new line:
Go to the bubble line and click "copy from pattern"
Then paste it somewhere in the file (just floor plan or something), mirror it, copy it and then create a new line and click "paste into pattern"
If needed, put gap to 0.

I also tried with the original line and changing the drawing direction flipped the line.
Same goes for lines and polylines.

[Edit: @Charlie64 beat me to it. 😀]
I suggest that you create another line type which would be the mirror shape of the existing bubbles line type:

Same as with your Marker question, use the Basic Change Marker.... The Built-in one just uses your linetype attributes, and it has no way to recognise the line orientation or end points so it will never clean up nicely. The Basic Change Marker draws it's own arcs based on a radii that you set.
