in the field called "Issued By" which adds the details of the CAD draftsman, is there a way for it to get my initials from the "Project Info>CAD Technician Full Name>Prefix Title"? the information i put there are just my initials (GL) but in the Revision History object, the Issued By field shows my computer details (gleonor). I prefer to use the initials.

Easy solution is to add a new custom field for the initials and use that. If I am correct the name comes either from your user name either on the computer or the Teamwork file.
