While I am cautious in replying to a man whose hair is on fire - see: I am trying to put it out by waving my hands - the easy way to get started is to make a roof plane with vertical edges and edit from there using the pet palette to establish the custom angle. This can be applied to all edges at once if you like.
Easy but harder than Chinese algebra.

Im glad that I can amuse you with my misspellings.
However, my problem i still there. I cannot edit the ANGLE with pet palette.

I figure that a guy with burning hair can accept a tease.
Now we have a question to address....
presenting the pet palette that you did makes it obvious that you selected a node, not an edge.
Picking a node lets you change the roof slope but not edit edge angles.
When you select an edge it looks like the attached.
Then you can change the angle.

Okay.
Now, what is the Swedish phrase for:
"Excuse me sir, but your hair is on fire from going beneath the burning limbo stick. Shall I strike you with a herring fillet to extinguish it?"
