Is there a way to use zones or interior elevations or interior elevations associated with zones, something, to make a good dynamic room finish schedule?

i'd like to know a dynamic way to do it to -- & i get the feeling that it won't just be the materials that need to have to have a proper set-up, but all the elements used in the project as well (doors, windows, walls, slabs, layers?)
