SEO Stair in a MESH

Hello!
I am trying to trim off the upper part of a mesh from a stair, that is lying inside the mesh. With slabs, there is no problem. If I take a normal stair, no problem, but when I try it with a stair with two landing for example, Archicad doesn't trim the mesh correctly.

I had the same problem with walls. Could anyone help me ?

I have Archicad 8.1 on a Macintosh with MacOSX 10.3.5

Stairs have often been a bit finicky with SEOs. You could try making the stairs in two runs if it's the two landings that's causing the trouble.

Another, perhaps more tedious, way would be to cut the hole with slabs and or roofs and put them on a hidden layer.
