Save As GDL Missing

The option "Save as GDL Object" is missing from Archicad 18.

FILE menu > Libraries and Objects > Save Selection as Library Part

If that menu is not there then you will need to look at updating/modifying your Work Environment or installing the default WE for 18.

Changing over to a Standard Work Environment produced this option, but I already had Custom Menus and Toolbars in a Customized WE. So, I don't want to permanently switch to a Standard WE. Is there any way to load a tool from one WE to another? There should be some kind of way since a WE can be saved as an XML file.

As far as I know there is no way to export individual menus - only the entire menu profile.
I have no idea about playing around with the XML files.

But it is quite easy to create a new menu and add the commands in.
Especially if you open 2 Archicads - one with your WE that you will modify and one with the standard WE that you can look at to see what you need.
Two screens or two machines next to each other is a great help for this.
