Save Selection As > Railing Post

Hi all, I'm trying to create a custom railing post but can't see the options to save a custom Railing Post?  The tutorials suggest File > Libraries and Objects > Save Selection as > Railing Post but I don't have this option.  I'm on Archicad 24.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Those custom objects in the lower half in your image are all created by objects in the library.

I removed all of my loaded libraries and they have gone but the stair and railings have remained.

So they must be part of the default program.

All I can think of is that you have a custom Work Environment (or one carried over from an older version) that does not have these commands in it.

You can manually add them.

The custom object types are actually created by objects in the library.

Do you have the default Archicad 24 library loaded?
