Is it possible to make a scissor truss with a raised heel? It is necessary over a heated space I also cannot figure out how to adjust the overhang lengths.

Hi Mukster,

You can use the TrussMaker to create custom trusses.

You can draw the truss as a complex profile and the place it using the beam tool with a short (extrusion) length equal to the timber section width, assuming it is rectangular timber.

Or you can use the Truss Pro object and specify heel height and scissor pitch
