When archicad saves it creates a temporary file- the scratch file. it then renames it and replaces the original. Sometimes the scratch doesnt get deleted and a build up of scratch files occurs. There was a version of ArchiCAD that was bad for that
Delete away
Delete away

this is occurring in AC9 and on only one project...I have feeling it's because the person working on it was going home and doing work in Autocad R14 (don't know why) and then converting it later....so there is no harm if delete these files????

I've not had any problem to deleting scratch files, Sometimes they occur if the file crashes during a save.
Cheers John
