Selecting objects by rotation?

Simple question, is their a way to find and select all the objects on a specific layer that have a specific rotation? If not, is their a way to rotate all objects in a selection set relative to their current orientation around a chosen hotspot?

Checking all the criteria available in the Find & Select Dialog, I don't think this is possible to do.

You're right. It's not there. I have often wished it were though. (I have also long wished that the syringe tool wouldn't transfer the rotation angle of library parts - but that's an altogether different thing.)
