Sketched Elevations

Hi everybody

does anyone know how i could create SCALED elevations with a 'sketch look? i can render sketch views in the 3d window but i don't know how to set the scale... any ideas?

also, when i try to sketch a rendered wall (not software render but sand and cement render) the sketch program makes the wall white and i can see the oulines of each single piece of wall. any way to get rid of this and make the walls look as one? if i do the same rendering with the lightworks engine there are no issues.

thanks in advance for help.

finally, in a previous post i had problems 'viewing a staircase from above' as the staircase looked like one solid block... i have now managed to get around the problem by inserting a window light at the top of the stairs angled down at the the same pitch as the staicase. using hard shadows, this makes each step clearly defined wherever you view the stairs from.

There are many finicky tricks to render a sketch view at an accurate scale, but a one-step solution is to place a slab of known size in the rendering below the facade and stretch the sketch rendering to match this size when you paste it into an ArchiCAD view.

Or use the analytical elevation as a guide when you paste in the sketch elevation, then disassociate the elevation and discard the drawing lines, leaving the sketch image to scale....
