Solid Element Operation Rooflight Issue

Afternoon all,

I'm trying to trim zones to roofs to take into Ecodesigner*. But the SOE won't trim the zone to the rooflight and the attempting to connect the zone and roof removes the zone entirely.

Any advice would be appreciated.
