I have this issue with (as you can see from the attachment) that I try to cut the wall that is intersecting the angular walls that make up the "A", though when i do it, firstly the upper right hand and left hand of the wall wont substract when I do Upward, and the bottom wont substract when I do downward.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

Jamie,
I presume you are using the 3d text object, right?...
IMO, 3d text object is not the right tool for this...
Try creating a complex profile with the "A" shape and repeat the same SEO operations... I think it will do the job.

Braza,
This may sound noobish, though I'am using walls and slabs. I tried working with complex profile, but I forgot how to use it, and it wont let me use walls to create an A.
If you could point me to the right chapter in the AC Reference Guide for it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Jamie,
I would have offered some suggestions, but I cannot really tell from that frontal view what it is that you are trying to accomplish. What is the end result that you have in mind?
Cheers,
Karl

Hi Karl,
I think I have got it now =]. I had difficulty working with Complex Profiles, becuase it wouldn't let me use walls and only fills and text and lines. Though I simply just wanted a wall in the form of the letters "N O A", which I got at the end.
Thanks for all your help. Really saved alot of time for me.

After you've saved it, you apply and use it with walls and beams.
