I want to cut the wall with a bottom profile so that everything below it gets cut.
In my case, this is the wall in section:
And this is the part that should be cut with:
In theory, this part should be cut out, but it isn’t.
Why not? Or should I model this differently?

SEO will not cut to the side, just above, below or where they intersect.
Just create a complex profile wall with that bit at the bottom.

If that little extension is a weaker building material compared to the main wall, then maybe it is being cut away and will have no effect on the SEO.
I would just go with a complex profile wall, and if you want to you can add modifiers to stretch the heights and widths of all of the skins.
