Is there any possible to input the special character, such as "±",“Φ”,“°“,”℃“, etc.

How did you add them to this message?
Try to do exactly the same in Archicad.

You can type the keyboard shortcut - ALT0176 for "°", ALT0177 for "±", ALT0169 for "©", etc.

There is also the "insert symbol" button (3rd button) as you are typing your text.

It does depend on what font you are using as some fonts may not have these characters.

You can only use ASCII Characters. No unicode in scripts. Not with the built in editor.
