Speed Optimzation

Use OpenGL for maximum speed in 3D.

You can turn off the textures, etc. in the OpenGL options for even more speed, but I haven't tried it myself yet.

I also use the 1GHz PowerBook and find the OpenGL performance quite acceptable.
