This must have been covered elsewhere but I can't find it.. How to trim rafter to less than 8" so the fascia board can cover it..

I don't have a need for what you are saying, except with insulated vaulted ceilings. I will attach a section of what the model generates splitting and adjusting the roof. I need good material list, so that influences the way I do it... but, it could be the hardest way:)

Thanks Tom.. very smart.
I was even more popular when I modded the ""Batt insulation" object so it could taper at the ends. (not miter, like the AC one, but actually taper).

Any chance of exploding a profiler object to slabs. walls.. etc? The Gutter, Fascia, Soffit, Crown, and Frieze are assembled and swept with profiler.. useable for all but materials list.. I know I am trying to cheat. It's Friday and the atmosphere is ripe for cheating..

I have long wished to be able to explode objects to 3D objects, such as slabs, walls, roofs, or even simple planes, but they only ever explode to lines in the view you are working in.
