Stair Nosing Chamfer or Fillet

What stair setting controls the chamfer or fillet of the concrete stair nosing? There is no finish on the stair.

As far as I know you will have to add a tread with the same material as your stair structure - and chamfer the tread nosing.
If the same material they will blend, but I am seeing a gap for the riser gap - even when set to zero.
