Stair Tool not available in ARCHICAD 21 Update 6013

Not sure if this is the correct place for this, if not please accept my apologies and kindly direct me to the correct place.

We have two Macs updated to ArchiCAD 21 6013, both have lost the stair tool. Others on 5021 still have the tool available.

Is there anything we can do to rectify this or roll back to the last version?

Any help much appreciated.

If I understand correctly the Stair Tool does not appear in the Toolbox.
What happens if you apply the Standard Work Environment?

Yes, applying the Standard Profile 21 shows the stair tool, and also fixes a glitch where we had lost the Graphic Overrides option under the Document Menu.

Thank you for your help.

Does this mean we cannot use our stored/carried over profiles from earlier versions?

You can use them.
I think in that case you should try to not apply the whole Profile. Instead, apply only the "Standard" Tool Scheme (for Toolbox, Tool Settings Dialog Boxes and Info Box) and the "Standard" Command Layout Scheme (for Toolbars and Menus). Then all other part of the WE Profile will not be affected.

We will try adding these separately, hopefully this will work so we don't have to reassign all our personal tweaks.

Thanks for your help.
