Stair arrow; up & down.

Have one set of stairs between two floors. The stairs show up on both floors, with the break line, and appropriate dashed lines for treads above or below the break line.

The arrow on the bottom floor points up, but so does the arrow on the second floor. I can't get it to point down, must have tried every button twice.

Anybody help me out here?

Thanks for your help, Erika. Are you saying, however, that there is no way to get a DOWN arrow when using a stock stairway? I don't find it necessary to create new stairs normally when there are so many options in the stock stair dialogs...except for this problem. Am I thinking backwards?

Hmmm... these posts are just missing eachother. The only way to do it using the stock stair is to turn off the WALKWAY and draw the arrows yourself.

Thanks all. Spent a lot of time on the arrow. I guess I just couldn't believe that option would not be there considering there is an option for just about everything else.
