Strange wall behavior

I don't know how to capture creen shots of Archicad work so I will try to explain the best I can.
I drew a perfectly ordinary wall, about 26' long, intersecting another one at the corner.
The intersection did not clelan properly after several attempts so I decided to look at them in 3D to study the problem.

This is what I found: The wall in question show in 3D substantially shorter. A selection to make visible the hot spots revealed, spots at each corner, but also another set of spots (a pair on the top and a pair at the bottom) beyond the tp edge and the bottom edge indicating the correct dimension from one end of the wall between these points.
In other words, the 3D image is shorter with some empty space between the end of the wall and the projecting spots, located at the right distance (26')
There are no hidden layers, no SEO elements or anything that I am able to find, producing this peculiar result.
I have saved this into a file, in case someone either know what is going on or is willing to investigate further.
