Stretching Rafter (New User)

Looking to stretch a rafter to a facia line. How does the stretch and trim commands work. Please provide a sequence of operations. It would be great to have the stretch and trim tool on the pet pallet.

Based on system:

Trim = CTRL/CMD and click on what you want to remove

Trim/Extend (called Adjust since it can do both) = CTRL/CMD and click on object or (draw a vector were you want to extend or trim to if no object is present)

Menu under Edit -> Reshape

You can turn the "Edit Elements" Toolbar (under Window -> Toolbars) and you will have the icons
