mesh visible in floor plan but invisible in sections and 3d

When i was creating holes on the mesh it suddenly disappear from 3d window , there are not problems with the other mesh. i also checked the renovation and 3d filtering options they are fine. How can i solve this problem?

Looks like a extremely complicated mesh possible solution is to split into smaller areas.
