Suddenly I'm bound to one specific point in the floorplan.

I try to use the marque or the Arc/circle tool. I click one place in the floorplan, then the little cross as shown on the picture pops up. This become the middle point of the circle or the anchor for the marquee.
The little cross is at the same place all the time and I wanted to place the circle another place in the floorplan. What has happened, and how do I correct this problem ?

One guess: is your snap grid turn on? The picture you mentioned in your post did not show up.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.

I tried to add the picture from the preview, and that did not seem to work. Maybe I forgot to press submit?
I'll put a signature when I figure out the specifications on my system.
