Teamwork crash

One of the users here was working in Teamwork Fri and it crashed at the end of the day. However it it shows him signed in and his last send and rec was at 11:00am. How can i receive his work?

There should be .lck file in the folder where the main file resides. If you delete that then the teammate will be able to send and receive.
