Text Box Auto Resizing

is there a way to automatically have a text box resize to the actual text within the box. see shot below you can see that both the H & V pieces of text are much smaller than the box and don't want the hassle of resizing each piece of text box individually. bluebeam had a feature such as "alt z" that would resize automatically as an example.

Operating system used: Mac Intel-based Sonoma 14.5

Uncheck the "Wrap Text" option in Text Element Settings.
