Tracker Tool

I am a student and am using AC 17 on Windows 7. In my AC, the Tracker tool is registered, but I do not have the guidelines (the orange dotted lines) or the midpoints. Is this a Mac vs. PC thing, or do I need to install something, or...?

Maybe you just need to turn them on?

The hot key is 'Q'

Not sure if this is wat u needed...I am still new to this all, but thought id try to help
