One way is as described below (see attachment).
Please note that circular slabs always have a minimum
of two vertical "edges" so you must orient the slab
so that these "edges" are buried.

ArchiCAD is a good modeling program, with good documentation ability, but the big selling point is the integration between the two. Which is totally belied by glitches like this.
It must be made a top development priority to ensure that a tight model generates tight drawings, automatically. It is way overdue.
