Very basic question on exterior walls.

I just need some opinions. Is it better when working with exterior walls to have one wall continuing through all floors or have seperate walls on different slabs.

Better choice is one wall for whole building option. If this wall is not simple you could easy model profiled wall.

depends on what you're doing really...
i like one piece walls where i have no windows, same material, etc but when more stuff comes along like windows, then i like the floor to floor option...
how long is a piece of string?

I prefer to have separate walls for each floor.
I think this makes it easier to work on each floor plan but then I started Archicad before multi-storey walls were around.

The big benefit of a multi-storey (continuous) wall is for when you want a window or opening that spans between floors or if you need an inclined wall.
