Virtual Trace wrong scale!

Here's a new one -- I've placed the layout for my interior elevation as a trace reference, and it's twice the size it should be. I've tried a re-boot, deleting my preference settings, recreating the View -- it looks like nothing short of re-creating the Viewpoints will fix this -- anyone ever experience this? Also note the warning signs next to the View Settings -- I assume this is related -- the settings are correct, I've tried re-setting and saving and still the warning signs.
