W Lesene 27, composite wall fill direction problem

Archicad 27 USA, first time I notice this: when the W Lesene 27 window object (here doing battens in board and batten siding) cuts through the whole wall and rebuilds it, it is getting the direction of the insulation fill wrong in the plan view. Is there anything I can do about it, keeping the look of that insulation fill?

So what you are showing selected is actually a window object?

If so. the wall has an insulation fill that is a "fit to skin" fill.

Objects can not do this, so that is why they will not match.

Why not just add the battens to the outside of the wall instead of placing the window object?

It seems to me the wall is OK and all you need is the battens.

It is working on other walls in the same file. I can't track the problem down, I thought it would be related positions relative to reference line or  exterior face or whatever but it doesn't seem to. Edit: the problem walls are profile walls.

The Lesene window object is very nice because it will move with the wall, get SEOed with the wall, you can easily reposition and stretch it across the wall in 3D and elevations, probably other things.

I have never used that object as I don't use the Graphisoft library.

But I quite like it.

I just tried it in a complex profile wall I created with random skins and a 'fit to skin' insulation skin and it all seems to work OK.

I am not sure what the issue could be in your case.

Maybe try inverting the direction of the wall.

Or try another complex profile.

As it is a window, maybe change the anchor point (sill or head).
