Wall Intersection

Ok, this is driving me nuts. I'll just have to start somewhere to figure this out.

Both walls are on the same layer.

Plasterboard has priority 300
Insulation has priority 600

Why don't this wall connect?;)

Also, what is that little line sticking out?

Hmm, it's also pretty weird that they don't line up. Both are 13mm gypsum
