Wall Trim

Does anyone know why the trim tool is acting like this? Is there something I can do to stop it?

Wall extras?

Not much you can do, regretfully.

Yes, the wall extras. Thanks Djordje! I guess I'll just have to photoshop it out, right?

You could probably use a Solid Element Operation to subtract it out, but if you'de like to upload a smalll module of it, maybe we could figure out exactly why it's happening?

It probably is 'just wall extras', but I'd still like to check it out for. Just select the elements in the immediate area, with all layers on, and go to File>External Content>Save Selection as Module. Then zip it up and upload it.

Um... Everything I just saved to a .mod file is now one object. How do I get it back to individual elements?

Sorry - you must have had 'Change the Hotlink to the saved file' checked. Just go to Hotlink Manager and break the link. You may also have to ungroup them. Or you could just reopen the file without saving depending on what other work you've done since.

And your problem indeed looks like a wall extras bug. The only other thing I can think of is try maybe try reapplying them.
