Wall or object textures in elevation/section

Hi all

Been pondering this for a while:

Is it somehow possible to show an image file mapped to an object in section/elevation? Like if i wanted to show the picture object in section. Could it be done by vectorizing the image? Through a hack or gdl programming?

I realize you can't show wall textures but if I place a image file directly on the section it shows up fine...

Any ideas?

I don't think this is possible the way you want to.
All you can do is place image fills in the Section or Elevation.
