License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What are new tools for ARCHICAD 13?

Hello 🙂
I was wondering if we maybe know what new tools we can expect with the new version of Archicad?
I finaly hope for 3D composite structure layers to be visible, also their 2D representation to be automaticly adjusted to the layer thickness (eg. thermal insulation).
Slab layers and their intersection with wall layers...
Also maybe while defining wall composite layers we can also define each layer height.
Better and more detailed quantity take-off is a must.

The Russians web site has leaked this news but I do not know it is is just someone having a little fun or not. The image could be just wishful thinking.
What makes me think it might not be authentic is that it is using the ArchiCAD 12 icon. I would think there will be a new one ??

In any case, the reasoning why they think ArchiCAD 13 will be 64bit makes sense.

Take a look.

I've no idea if the 64bit version is actually true or not, but those graphics look fake to me. For a start, GS always capitalise Virtual Building Solutions.

Lets hope there is some more new stuff in AC13 for those that don't use 64bit systems or Teamwork!

I would like to see a better material application system, geometry-to-storey relationships, and maybe some curved component tools.

Not too long to wait now!
Yes. I think it was just for fun. Also, I was not able to confirm the Artlantis plug-in thing either. However, there is a 64 bit Artlantis plug-in for Revit.

I do like the Bing translator thing.

its almost official for gs 13 launch................rumor has it, that, it's truely 64bit and offers free form architecture, google sketch up capabilities and object modeler(archiforma like).
the gist in the house................at gs office, is 'let it reign in septemeber' while revit is suffering from there parameter set back for 2010 version.gs 13 could jus take the advantage know before and upgrade.
