What is the easiest way to create this rafter shape?

I am creating multiple rafters and a roof flair with the shape highlighted in green. This is currently a fill. Would this be a Morph or a profile? How do I convert the fill? I need to create multiple objects and place them accurately on top of the other roof rafter.

Are those 3 nodes on the bottom left required?

One of my objects. 3D hotspots go a bit weird if I disable some of the value limits and allow the bottom angle to be greater than that of the pitch...

I would model it as you would build it, ie rafter as you currently show to wall plate plus additional rafter at lower pitch fixed to main rafter.

Regarding the fill, you can just copy and paste it into the profile manager.

Can you just use 2 inclined beams for the rafters - they will trim automatically.
You will have to use Solid Element Operations to shape the ends - or wait till version 23.

Or draw in the fill in elevation and magic wand a morph onto it.
It will be on the section line so you will need to find it in 3D and reposition it.

If you don't need the full 3D model then I would just add some lines/fills in the section.
