Another option:
1. Select Wall in 3D.
2. Use the "Show Selection" context menu command to display only that Wall in 3D.
3. Activate Door/Window Tool and press CTRL+A (or use "Edit\Select All Doors/Windows" menu command, depending on if it is a Door or Window - or both).

While you select the wall you will find the black dots appear then while pressing shift make a selection window around those dots then deselect the wall you will discover what those dots are referring to ( I guess windows ) then delete or adjust.
