Window Label Issue

Chris Grantham

I am trying to use labels to tag my windows rather then than the marker option that is available within the window settings. I am doing this because I can't seem to get marker to show up as a hexagon, and it seems to work nicely for tagging in elevations. I have one particurley pesky label that does not want to rotate to be in line with the other tags. Whenever I try to rotate the label to match the others it defaults to being upside down or reading from the right as I have shown in the two images. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

You can use James Murray's Shape Label. Its in the GDL object depositoryon the main page of Architalk posted by David Pacifico

Shape Label JM9

Put it in one of your libraries. When you have your section/elevation open, label the windows and doors as discussed above. Choose this Shape Label JM9 and all will be well again.

GO JAMES MURRAY for making such a great label
