I've created a 270 brick cavity wall using Profile Manager. When I insert windows into the wall they sit outside the wall. The view in plan and section do not correlate.
Help please.
Many thanks.

If you place that same window in a regular wall, are the plan and 3D correct?

Please post your AC version and build (assume you have downloaded all of the lastest hotfixes)...
It appears that you have your 'opening line' for the wall set on the outside edge of the footing, rather than the face of the brick wall...
Cheers,
Karl

Hi
Thanks for the response.
No, the problem does not happen on an ordinary wall. Plan and 3D are the same.
The problem persisted on another cavity wall I made where I centred the 'opening line'.
Perhaps I'm missing something.
Thanks

The opening line is not supposed to be centered. It is supposed to be in line with the face (or at a particular tangent to a curve) where you want the window/door inserted. Not possible to insert into the middle of the wall - so perhaps the code responds by displaying what you see...?
